Skillbuilders Therapist Kit

Therapy kits offer Skillbuilders adaptive and patient positioning shapes including wedges, rolls and half rolls in one convenient package.

Skillbuilders Therapist Kit 1 includes: wedge (20 L x 22 W x 6" H, 11 degree incline), roll (24 L x 8" D), half roll (6 W x 24 L + 4-1/2" elevation).

Skillbuilders Therapist Kit 2 includes: wedge (24 L x 26 W x 12" H, 22 degree incline), roll (36 L x 10" D), half roll (8 W x 30 L + 6" elevation).

Skillbuilders Therapist Kit 3 includes: wedge (20 L x 22 W x 6" H, 16 degree incline and 24 L X 26 W X 10" H, 17 degree incline), roll (24 L x 8" D and 48 L x 16" D), half roll (8 W x 30 L + 6" elevation)

All smaller items or supply orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise directed. UPS and USPS Delivery policies apply. All prices are FOB Shipping Point and Shipping Charges are added to invoice according to the Terms agreed upon by between Supplier and Customer.

For Large or Heavy Items we use LTL Freight Shipping and Contracted Shipping. Contracted Shippers may not have tracking numbers as these are smaller family companies. We do have direct contact with any contracted shipper. Please contact US MedRehab directly with any questions regarding contracted shippers.
