Easier to use than traditional gym balls because most of the movement is limited to forward and backward, allowing the Roll to provide maximum stability during exercise. Additionally, the wide saddle-like seat offers additional support so users of all ages can exercise in a safe way. Like a therapy ball, The Inflatable Roll helps with balance, muscle tone and sensory stimulation.
