The Flowin Pro Exerciser Slide Board is a friction training system designed for improving stability, mobility, strength, balance, speed and power. Developed by fitness professionals, friction training consists of a specialized board and friction pads. With exercises based on high friction, the system provides resistance along the horizontal, vertical, rotational and diagonal vectors. It's training that builds strength, power and mobility without the use of weights. It features more than 15 sq. ft. of exercise space! The user controls the amount of friction exertion for a customized workout at the difficulty level of choice. Ideal for home or multi-use environments as the board easily slides under a bed or leaned up against a wall for easy, out-of-the-way storage.
