Feel the thrill of sliding on this board like a skater as you laterally slide back and forth across the board. Our slide board offers a dynamic range of motion requiring balance throughout your entire body. Use it for utilizing movement during fitness training and rehabilitation. The gripping at the bottom of the board and the two ends prevent slippage. Giving you peace of mind that the board will not glide with you. When you first unravel the slide board, you will see its astonishingly 6-foot-long length and 22-inch width. Leaving a lot of room for you to do plyometrics and lateral slides. Included with the CanDo Slide Board are 2 booties and carry bag. Roll up your slide board and place it in the carry bag for easy storage and portability.

For Large or Heavy Items we use LTL Freight Shipping and Contracted Shipping. Contracted Shippers may not have tracking numbers as these are smaller family companies.
