CanDo Jumbo WaTE Weighted Exercise Bars are the tool you need in therapy, fitness, aerobics, yoga and Pilates to increase strength and range-of-motion. They also work well to improve endurance, balance and motor skills. Including weighted bars in an exercise routine burns calories, increases balance and improves flexibility. So versatile, the WaTE bars can be used in a supine, sitting or standing position. Additionally the bars are a terrific addition to circuit and interval classes, kickboxing, martial arts, weightlifting and aerobics. Including a WaTE Bar freshens up and enhances the benefits of "traditional" exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, overhead presses and curls. Even jogging and power walking workouts will benefit. With a 2" diameter and 48" long, these are easy to grip, use, clean and store.

Weighted bars build strength in arms and legs in addition to building core stabilization. Terrific for use in physical therapy as well as cardio, HIIT and step workouts. Completely suitable for individual exercises or group training sessions. Foam padding encases a solid core and easily sheds sweat and moisture.
