The SciFit Pro 1 Sport Upper Body Exerciser is the industry's most versatile ground based training rotary device. This highly adjustable body exerciser features bi-directional exercise and very low starting resistance, and can be used while sitting or standing. Use it for one or both arm exercises — forward or backward — for strength and cardio. The adjustable tilt head accommodates all heights and ranges of motion. This unit is ideal with a stability ball or disk.
